✨ Terms and Conditions – Nubiex Therapy

At Nubiex Therapy, we are committed to offering a safe, professional space focused on your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

📌 1. Services
 

Nubiex Therapy offers massage and wellness therapies aimed at bodily balance, relaxation, and inner connection.
Sessions do not replace medical treatments or professional clinical therapies.

 

📅 2. Bookings and payments
 

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Payment can be made in advance or according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.

• The appointment is confirmed once payment is received or system confirmation is provided.

 

❌ 3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made outside of this period may result in the loss of 60% of the amount paid or the obligation to pay said amount.

• *The amount for late cancellation may be deducted from the price of a future rescheduling within the following 30 days.
   

🚫 4. No-show
 

• If the client does not show up for the appointment at the reserved time, the session will be considered completed.

• In these cases, no refund will be issued.

• ⚠️ In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reserved session will be charged.

• As a courtesy, the client may request a rescheduling within the following 7 days, subject to availability.

 

🔄 5. Changes and rescheduling
 

• Appointment changes must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Only one change per booking is allowed.

 

💸 6. Refund policy
 

• No refunds are given for services already rendered, late cancellations, or no-shows.

• In exceptional and duly justified cases, Nubiex Therapy may consider alternatives (vouchers or rescheduling).

 

⚠️ 7. Liability
 

• The client is responsible for informing about any medical condition, injury, or relevant situation before the session.

• Nubiex Therapy is not responsible for problems arising from the omission of such information.

 

🌿 8. Conduct

• Mutual respect is expected at all times.

• Nubiex Therapy reserves the right to cancel a session if inappropriate behavior occurs, without the right to a refund.

 

📍 9. Location

Services are offered in Barcelona, at the indicated space or at home depending on availability.
