The purchase is made through a secure, simple, and discreet environment, guaranteeing a fluid experience from the very first moment.

Once the process is completed, the client will receive a confirmation via email.

To guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, payments are processed through external platforms of recognized prestige, such as SumUp.

Nubiex does not store or have access to bank details, thus ensuring a protected and reliable payment environment.

 

5. Delivery of the experience

The client has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, except in cases where the experience has been reserved for a specific date or partially enjoyed.
